Vesper founded in 2019. We design, engineer, and manufacture luxury forged wheels specifically for Mercedes, BMW, Toyota Alphard, Vellfire and Lexus. Our styles and wheel lines provide a look that will be fresh today and relevant for years to come, along with quality that will last.
We have created styles which use proportion and meticulous detailing to create wheels with an elegant, yet technical look that perfectly complement todayβs most sought-after vehicles. These designs are carefully crafted and assembled using the highest quality materials, components, and standards.
Designed with assistance of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software to Improve our designs by decreasing weight while ensuring styles have adequate strength and durability. Every Vesper Forged wheel design is physically tested in compliance with JWL (Japan Light Allow Wheel Standard) and VIA standards. Each wheel designed are based on precise measurements thanks to professional tools to ensure both quality and safety are at top notched.
Vesper Forged wheels are made of aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum forged into a proprietary forging design. Using lathe turning techniques, each wheel is scraped over 70% of the original material which continues with CNC Milling to creates the design with highest precision to ensure the look & safety of the wheels.
Each and all wheels are further tested with professional testing tools to ensure it follows the JWL standard and passes through VIA certification. Vesper ensures that each wheels produced are at the highest rating when it comes to quality of the wheels.
Vesper's manufacturing facilities include a wide array of finishing options, such as polished finishing, hand-brushing, and solid color (powder coating). Using only quality finishes to ensure the wheels not only reliable but also stylish. Making sure your vehicle is the shiniest in the town.
